IMAGINE is authorized by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador and adheres to NAEYC practices. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and other educational approaches, our curriculum focuses on language development, social skills, early literacy, and numeracy. We emphasize multisensory learning and play, building a comprehensive foundation in social-emotional, cognitive, sensory, language, and motor skills.

Our classrooms embody the Reggio Emilia philosophy, treating the environment as the “third teacher.” Designed to foster curiosity and holistic growth, our spaces are dynamic and inviting, encouraging children to explore and interact. We maintain optimal teacher-to-child ratios to ensure individualized attention, with ratios ranging from 1:5 for infants to 1:9 for multi-age groups.

Our educators hold degrees in education, many with master’s degrees. The team includes a Learning Specialist and a Counselor, ensuring comprehensive support for each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Catering to children aged 12 months to 4 years, our schedule runs from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM, with options for extended hours. Activities range from multisensory learning in our Atelier to outdoor play, all structured to foster creativity and discovery.

Our curriculum is anchored in the IB Primary Years Programme, integrated with US-based standards (Common Core, AERO, NGSS). We emphasize critical thinking and technology integration, preparing students with skills in creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.

We offer a diverse range of activities, from Robotics to Roller Skating, alongside athletic programs like swimming, encouraging physical health and teamwork.

Our balanced assessment approach includes formative and summative assessments, portfolios, and standardized MAP testing for grades 2-5. Progress is communicated through detailed reports and student-led conferences.

We ensure low educator-to-student ratios, averaging in PK-Grade 1: 9:1 and 12:1 in grades 2-5.
