What a treat it was to attend the piano, band, and orchestra concerts over the past two weeks! The concerts were a testament to student growth and an incredibly strong music department. Congratulations to the students, teachers, and parents who made these delightful music events possible.

With the end of the school year just around the corner, it is more important than ever to maintain consistent routines at home for your Middle Schooler. You may notice your child pushing boundaries more than usual and perhaps acting differently. Your child may be “trying on” new personas as she/he begins to think about moving up a grade level, or may feel anxious and not quite know how to express him/herself. Maintaining open and honest communication is the key, even if your child is a bit reticent to engage. As always, if you need a hand in navigating the waters of adolescence, Aubrey and I are here to assist.

You are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the auditorium, where the Board of Trustees will hold the Annual General Assembly. This is a unique opportunity for all parents and all staff, when the Board of Trustees and the School Director present the latest highlights and data about our school’s achievements and developments. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our school together! Please join us!

With kind regards,
