We had a wonderful first week in the Middle School! I was delighted to be part of many engaging student learning experiences and respectful interactions with your children. Our MS team is looking forward to the year ahead!

Discover Ecuador
Our first big Middle School event is Discover Ecuador, September 24 - 28. I hope you are able to attend the parent meeting at 5:00pm on Tuesday, August 28, which will provide a wealth of important information. You have also received an email from me with all trip details. Additionally, the MS Discover Ecuador website contains trip packing lists, payment information, and more. Payment is due by September 4. Thank you in advance for complying with this deadline.

You should have received a Field Trip permission packet from your child. There are two pages, one is for Discover Ecuador, and one is a general day trip permission form. Please complete, sign, and return the forms with your child as soon as possible.

Swimming
Middle School swim team starts on Monday, September 3rd. Please see this link for information and details on the team. Contact Mrs. Paola Braganza for further questions, pbraganza@cotopaxi.k12.ec.

If you want to learn/practice English, please refer to the school wide announcement of classes offered through the One Institute or contact theoneinstitute@cotopaxi.k12.ec, (593-2)382-3270 Ext. 1702

MS Handbook
Throughout the school year you may find that you have questions about the MS program and MS student life. A great first resource is the MS Handbook, found here on the AC website. Please also feel free to email, call, or stop by the MS Office at any time.
