Opening Session

From 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Setting limits is a powerful tool to promote behavior change.  When children know there are limits on their behavior they feel safe and they learn to make appropriate choices. Setting limits is not the same as punishment.  Loving guidance and empathetic limits help your child WANT to follow your rules.
